A mix of modern meets beach life! 9ft ceilings first floor, and 8ft ceilings second floor, make this 1375 sq ft. townhome seem airy! Comfortable Living: Enjoy cozy evenings in the stylish living room with acoustic wood paneling, complete with a 65-inch TV, and 8-person seating. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring modern appliances and ample counter space, is perfect for preparing your favorite meals. Serene Bedrooms: Rest easy in our inviting guest bedrooms, outfitted with comfy queen beds and fresh linens. One bedroom even has a twin pull-out trundle. • No smoking • No parties or events 1) House is on community septic system. No flushing products down the toilets other than body waste and toilet paper (not even "flushables"). Please use trash cans for everything else. 2) There is no in-sink garbage disposal. Please throw away all food waste into the kitchen trash can (double bag if necessary to prevent garbage bag leaks) 3) Some cabinets in the kitchen are locked (as labeled) and not for guest use. 4) The garage is locked and not for guest use.
